Attempted Burglary at 1200 block of Steel Road on 9/1 @ 1244 hours - victim reports that when he returned home he noticed his window screen was cut in three places. No entry was gained.

 

Theft at the Sunoco Station (1300 West Chester Pike) on 9/1 @ 1138 hours - victim reports that window was shattered on a Pella Box Truck, access was made to the rear cargo area, not able to determine if anything was taken at this time.

 

Theft at the 300 block Glen Ridge Road on 9/1 @ 0949 hours - victim reports that clothing, jewelry, silverware and some personal documents were taken from her residence.

 

Retail Theft at Kohl's (200 block of West Chester Pike) on 9/1 @ 1921 hours - Angelene Marie Brejcha, W/F/19, 9200 block of West Chester Pike, Upper Darby and Jayme Lynne Cochran, W/F/32, 9200 block West Chester Pike, Upper Darby were cited for retail theft of $150.00 worth of merchandise.

 

Theft at the 300 block of Earlington Road on 9/1 @1150 hours - victim reports that his license plate was stolen from his motorcycle.

 

Fraud at the 700 block of Oakview Road on 9/1 @ 2030 hours - victim reports that her husband cashed four checks from her account without her permission.

 

Vandalism at the 200 block of Glen Arbor Drive on 9/1 @ 1111 hours - victim reports that an unknown actor let the air out of their two vehicles.

 

Vandalism at the unit block of East Mercer Avenue on 9/1 @ 1648 hours - victim reports that her tires were slashed.

 

Narcotics at Benedict Road on 9/1 @ 1857 hours - while on patrol the officer conducted a vehicle stop, the passenger of the vehicle was known to police as having an outstanding warrant. Passenger later admitting to have drug paraphernalia and a weapon is pocket. Shawn Anderson was arrested and charged.

 

Liquor Law at the 400 block of Allston Road on 9/1 @ 0013 hours - 2/W/M's were cited for liquor law violations and curfew and released to their parents.

 

Theft at the 1200 block of West Chester Pike on 9/2 @ 1642 hours - Victim reported that she sold items to an E-bay store and was not compensated for the items when they were sold.

 

Retail Theft at Kohl's (200 block of West Chester Pike) on 9/2 @ 1424 hours - Michelle Sheffield, W/F/36, unit block of E. Wyncliffe Avenue, Clifton Heights, was cited for the retail theft of $34 worth of merchandise.

 

Criminal Mischief at the 1100 block of Edgewood Road on 9/2 @ 2305 hours - Six vehicles were keyed.

 

Narcotics at Darby and Manoa Roads on 9/2 @ 0342 hours - Officers were dispatched for a reckless driver swerving in the road. The officer located the subject and he appeared to be under the influence of alcohol. The suspect was also in possession of marijuana and valium. Paul Stanek was arrested and charged.

 

Identity Theft at the 500 block of Woodland Drive on 9/3 @ 1651 hours - victim reported that an unknown person opened a credit card account using his identity without his permission or knowledge.

 

Retail Theft at Kohl's (200 block of West Chester Pike) on 9/3 @ 1752 hours - Aliyah Amber Lesueuer, B/F/26, 500 block of N. 63rd Street, Philadelphia, was cited for the retail theft $105 worth of merchandise and Precious Sharp was arrested for the retail theft of $204 worth of merchandise.

 

Theft at the 1900 block of E. Darby Road on 9/3 @ 0708 hours - Victim reported that a person known to her stole prescription medication from her purse.

 

Theft at the 200 block of N. Morgan Avenue on 9/3 @ 1626 hours - Victim reported that her garden gnome was stolen from her front lawn. She then received a call from a blocked number requesting a reward if the gnome was returned.

 

Identity Theft at the 500 block of Fairmont Road on 9/3 @ 1653 hours -The victim's niece reported that an unknown person opened a Philadelphia Gas Works account in her aunt's name without her permission or knowledge.

 

Narcotics at Polo Field (900 block of Railroad Avenue on 9/3 @ 1939 hours - While on patrol officers observed two subjects asleep in a parked vehicle. Police approached the vehicle and the driver appeared confused and had numerous needle puncture wounds on his arms. There was also a syringe, wax papers and plastic baggies in plain view. Michael Parker and Derek Parhar admitted to heroin use and were arrested and charged.  

 

Theft at 2000 block of Darby Road on 9/4 @ 0559 hours - driver's door window was shattered - IMAC Pro, i-pod, portable DVD player and a GPS were stolen.

 

Retail Theft at Kohl's on 9/4 @ 1803 hours - B/M/14, was cited for disorderly conduct for the retail theft of $24 worth of merchandise.

 

Vandalism at the Haverford Senior High School (200 block of Mill Road) on 9/4 @ 1636 hours - window was shattered.

 

Vandalism at the 100 block of Sunny Hill Lane on 9/4 @ 0733 hours - eggs were thrown at parked vehicle.

 

Attempted Retail Theft at Kohl's (200 block of West Chester Pike) on 9/4 @ 1440 hours - an unknown white male attempted to steal $30 worth of merchandise. Loss Prevention Officer confronted him and he returned the merchandise and fled the scene.

 

Retail Theft at Kohl's on 9/5 @ 1116 hours - W/F/13 was cited for the retail theft of $86 worth of merchandise.

 

Theft at the 800 block of Beechwood Road on 9/5 @ 1222 hours - Unlocked vehicle was entered - registration, insurance card and loose change was stolen.

 

Theft of Services at Bonini's Getty (1300 block of West Chester Pike) on 9/5 @ 1236 hours - W/M filled his truck with gas and left the station without paying.

 

Narcotics at the 800 block of Humphreys Street on 9/5 @ 0001 hours - While the detective was conducting surveillance in an unmarked police vehicle he observed a white male smoking marijuana. Steven Ugo Ciannavei was arrested and charged.

 

Liquor Law Violation at West Chester Pike and Township Line Road on 9/5 @ 0330 hours - While conducting a vehicle stop, Anthony Trueman, W/M/20, 100 block of Abbey Terrace, Drexel Hill, Andrew Fridley, W/M/19, 900 block of Brinton Park Drive, Wynnewood, Matthew Hartzell, W/M/19, 200 block of E. Marthart Avenue, Havertown and Gregory Kell, W/M/19, 400 block of Rittenhouse Circle, Havertown, admitted to drinking alcohol and were cited for underage drinking.

 

False Identification to Law Enforcement at Darby Road and W. Langhorne Avenue on 9/7 @ 0821 hours - James S. Cunningham gave the officer false identification when a vehicle stop was conducted for expired registration. Cunningham was arrested.

 

Theft at the unit block of S. Manos Road on 9/6 @ 0743 hours - Two unlocked vehicle's were entered - Two GPS's were stolen.

 

Vandalism at the 200 block of Fairlamb Avenue on 9/6 @ 0008 hours - plastic lawn chair was destroyed.

 

Vandalism at the 400 block of Wynne Avenue on 9/6 @ 0701 hours - Victim reported that someone threw eggs at his residence, poured salad dressing on his patio furniture and storm door and put ketchup on his vehicle.

 

Vandalism at the 100 block of E. Marthart Avenue on 9/6 @ 0944 hours - Air was let out of the victim's tires on his vehicle.

 

Fraud at the 1600 block of Colony Lane on 9/7 @ 1916 hours - Victim reported that an unknown person had acquired his checking account information and had cashed several checks.

 

Vandalism at the 200 block of Ellis Road on 9/7 @ 2000 hours - chocolate syrup, whipped cream and mustard were poured on the victim's vehicle.

 

Public Drunkenness at Earlington and St. Albans Roads on 9/7 @ 1829 hours - Police were dispatched for an intoxicated male in the roadway. Ed Procacci, W/M/30, 400 block of W. Lancaster Avenue, Haverford, was cited for public drunkenness
