Paramedic Berg has been serving the paramedic department since October of 2002. He has been in Emergency Medicals services since 1984 when he became a volunteer at Manoa Fire Company. He became a paramedic in 1994 and has served other paramedic departments in the surrounding counties. He is also an affiliate instructor for the Hospital of University of Penn, Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and local regional EMS training sites. He is currently a volunteer Firefighter and Past Assistant Chief of EMS for Llanerch Fire Company. He is currently a member of the Haverford Township Safety Committee as well as a member of the Bureau of Fire Training Committee. He has been a resident of Haverford Township since 1967 and is married with 3 sons.
