Roll Call - Pete DelGaone, Rob Cohen, Dave McArdle, Tony Zinni, Rich Caroto - Chairman, Eric Gillard - Park Maintenance, Tim Denny - Director of Parks and Recreation

Approval of Minutes - Pete - 2nd by Dave

Maintenance Report - Eric went over Maintenance report.
 
Committee Reports
  • Field Use - fields are in full use
  • Finelli - Rob mentioned storm drain. Tim gave update

Directors Report
  • Historic Hayride - November 4 through Powder Mill Valley
  • Capital Projects - $300,000 recommended in 2008 budget for courts etc.
Old business
  • Dog Ordinance Survey - Tim gave out information on survey results
  • New Leagues - Rich wanted a serious discussion about new leagues in town, Rich recommended a process should be in place when new township wide leagues
  • Justify a need.
New Business
  • Glendale Field - Parking and water supply
  • DCNR - Tim spoke about meeting he attended in Allentown
  • Motion to ask commissioners to pick a plan including indoor & outdoor - Pete -
    2nd by Rob - motion failed 3-2
  • Rich - motion to ask Jim Sims for resignation at end of the year because of lack of Attendance 3-1-1 (Rich, Tony, Dave) YES (Pete) NO (Rob) abstain
  • Pete - urge Township to work on fields in fall. Tim Said he hopes to if funds are found
