Trash Service - change of address and bulk trash request forms

Change of Address - it is the responsibility of the property owner to change the mailing address of a Township tax bill. Failure to receive the Township tax bill does not entitle the property owner to the discount or penalty abatement. 

 
Bulk Trash Collection Service - the Township offers bulk trash collection services for larger items such as appliances and furniture.The service is subcontracted to an outside firm who services Haverford Township each Wednesday. To be on the list for pickup, payment must be received by the Finance Department by 1pm on Tuesday, the day before collection day.  Payment can be made in person or via mail utilizing the Township's request for service form.

Fees are set annually as part of the formal Fee Schedule Ordinance adopted by the Board of Commissioners.  Fees for 2011 are $16 per item or $86 for a "clean out" which is considered to be 6-10 items.  Questions about acceptable pickup items should be addressed to the Public Works Department at (610) 446-1000 x263.
