Program Registration Form
Registration may be done in four ways:
Online Registration: If you would prefer to register online follow the link listed below. We accept Visa/Mastercard online. Online Registration
By Mail: It will save you time to register by mail. Just send in the form with your payment.
We will notify you only if the program is full. We will not notify you prior to the start date unless program times or dates change.
Drop Box: If you can't get to us during our work hours, feel free to drop your registration with payment in our locked drop box located next to our office front door at any time. The drop box is checked first thing every morning.
In Person:. Register at the Recreation Department anytime Mon-Fri 8:30-4:30 (599 Glendale Road - across from Merry Place).
Registrations are accepted on a first come, first served basis.
