Mission Statement: The Haverford Township Park Board is a volunteer advisory board. The Board consults with and makes recommendations to the Parks and Recreation Department's policies for the planning, development and use of the township's park and recreation facilities. The Board conducts public hearings and meetings on a variety of issues effecting the Parks and Recreation Department.

Park Board Meetings: The Board meets on the 4th Tuesday of the month at 7:30 pm in the Commissioner's Building (behind the Township Administration Building).
The public is encouraged to attend all Park Board meetings and is invited to comment on issues during public hearings at all regularly scheduled public meetings. If you would like an issue put on the agenda please call the Recreation Department at 610-446-9397.
